Water heater service in Vista
Vista is a short drive up the 78 from our shop, close enough that same-day tank replacement is usually possible when you call before noon.
Vista has a wide mix of homes, from older single-story houses near downtown to the larger Shadowridge developments. On older properties, the water heater is often in a garage corner or a small exterior closet. Getting a new unit to fit there with proper clearance and strapping takes some care, and we plan for it during the estimate.
Inland summers are hotter than on the coast. That doesn't hurt a water heater much, but hard water does. If your tank rumbles when it heats, that's sediment, and a flush now can buy you years.
What customers say
Reviews from North County homeowners, as posted on Yelp.
Becky P.
Oceanside, CA
"I had a 21-year-old water heater that was on its last legs. I called and got a quote, liked the price, and booked the appointment. They showed up on time, put a new water heater in, didn't leave a mess, and stuck to the price they quoted. The next day I had a little issue and they came right out and fixed it. It's been perfect ever since."

"If you're looking for an honest plumber who is responsive, helpful and professional, then call Mike Welch. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and the price was exactly what he quoted. Couldn't be happier with the service."
